Pricing

Project pricing is based on mutually agreed quotations.

Intellectual Property

All deliverables remain the property of THE CREATIVE NODE until full payment has been received.

Upon complete payment, ownership of final approved deliverables is transferred to the client unless otherwise agreed.

Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

• Approve deliverables on time
• Make payments according to agreed milestones

Limitation of Liability

We are not responsible for indirect losses, business interruption, or third-party platform issues beyond our control.
